Charged with the task of creating an office space that encapsulated NVE’s ethos of “an organization that empowers people to thrive and succeed.” It was their mantra that ultimately set the tone, “the Polished Hustle. “ Located within the Pacific Design Center, this trust was fitting for an organization of creatives located in a building filled with the same. Through the formation of communal spaces, private meeting places, and individual phone booths, an atmosphere was created that encouraged team building, community and above all else creativity.
